The King Fahd University is once again giving out Scholarships to students from all over the world who are interested in studying in the university.
This fully funded international scholarship is open to all those who are interested in pursuing a graduate degree in the school. Aside it being fully funded, it also come with many other benefits including accommodation, free meals, stipends amongst others.
This blog post will provide you with all of the information you need including the requirements and also a step by step guide on how to successfully submit your application.
For MS Programs
- A four-year Bachelor’s (B.S.) Degree in engineering or science from a recognized institution with a major in the proposed field or evidence of suitable background for entering the proposed field.
- A Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent (For Scholarship Applicants ) or 2.50 or higher on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent (For Non-Scholarship Applicants).
- Completion of TOEFL with a minimum score of 520 (PBT), 190 (CBT) or 70 (IBT).
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from the faculty who taught the applicant university-level courses. (To be submitted through the online recommendation system)
- Satisfactorily meeting any additional departmental or university admission requirements.

Additional For MS Programs in Bussiness Administration
- Completion of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT ) with a minimum score of 450.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from the faculty who taught the applicant undergraduate courses.
- At least one course in college-level calculus which covers both differentiation and integration subjects.
- A working knowledge of computers as evidenced by at least one course in that area (e.g. data processing, programming, information systems, etc.)
- At least three years of full-time work experience. This requirement may be waived for graduate assistants, research assistants, and applicants with exceptional academic records.
Additional For PhD Programs
- An M.S. degree in engineering or science from an institution whose graduate programs are equivalent to those of (KFUPM), with a major in the proposed field or evidence of suitable background for entering the proposed field.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from the faculty who taught the applicant graduate courses.
